It would only take two things to greatly improve all of humanity. If we changed the name of "help desk" to "happy to help desk" and then we stuck Stef Smith behind each one.
She could easily work her way through queues of disgruntled customers armed with ready to explode refunds and pacify each of them with her vocal combination of part customer service and part nurse.
Stef is the sort of voice you hope to run into after a hard day, or half-way along a mountain trail with a set of dry clothes and a stiff drink in the middle of nowhere. She arranges that loan without fuss and fixes that phone bill without the third degree.
On first listen she comes across as a bundle of guide dog cuteness, but Stef's repertoire that ranges from cartoon dexterity to retail reliability means she is invaluable as a vocal performer.
