He's a born leader - leading his friends into trouble and leading the listener to believing maybe, just maybe he's a little angel despite the red devil horns. The guy with a case of drawn-on measles just to get out of religion class.
Zieke's vocal performaces are real - sugary perfect is not his style. His voice is full of true boyish faults that can immediately place the listener in the playground or at the corner shop after a long bike ride in the midday sun - out of breath and up for trouble, ready to give his total attention and handball-court energy to every script. |
